CertQnA does not provide actual exam questions from any certification vendor. All content is original and created specifically for educational use on this platform.

3. Intellectual Property

• All practice questions, explanations, and other content on CertQnA are original works owned by CertQnA. All rights are reserved.
• CertQnA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Google, CNCF, HashiCorp, CompTIA, Cisco, or any other certification vendor or body.
• Certification names, exam codes, and vendor trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used on this platform solely for identification and educational reference purposes.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any CertQnA content without prior written permission.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using CertQnA, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or bulk download questions, explanations, or other content from the Service.
• Redistribute, publish, or share CertQnA content on other platforms, websites, or study groups without written permission.
• Use the Service or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service.
• Upload, share, or distribute harmful content, malware, or material that violates any applicable law.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
• Misrepresent CertQnA content as actual exam questions from any certification vendor.

6. Disclaimers

• CertQnA is an educational study tool only. Using CertQnA does not guarantee success on any certification exam.
• Practice questions are original content designed for concept reinforcement. They are not actual exam questions and should not be treated as such.
• While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors. Users are encouraged to report errors using the Flag button on any question.
• CertQnA is not a substitute for official study materials, vendor documentation, or hands-on experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CertQnA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to CertQnA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
