Refund Policy

Note: CertQnA is currently 100% free. All questions and features are available at no cost. This refund policy is published in advance for when premium plans become available.

1. Current Status

CertQnA is currently free to use. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases at this time. No payment information is collected.

When we introduce a premium (Pro) plan in the future, this refund policy will apply to all paid subscriptions.

2. 100% Money Back Guarantee

You are fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. If during the next 7 days you experience an issue that makes the product unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we'll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.

When premium plans launch, the following refund terms will apply:

  • 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you encounter a technical issue that makes the Pro plan unusable.
  • Resolution First: We will make every effort to resolve the reported issue. A refund will be processed if we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • How to Request: Email support@certqna.com with your account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant details. We aim to process all requests within 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via our payment processor.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends.
  • Your data, sessions, and bookmarks will be preserved on the free plan.

4. Exceptions — Refunds Do Not Apply To

This policy does not cover refunds for the following cases:

  • Missing feature(s) — the product works but lacks a feature you expected.
  • Third-party conflict — an incompatibility caused by a third-party tool, browser, or service outside our control.
  • Discovering a better alternative after purchase.
  • Change of mind — you no longer want or need the product.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase or renewal.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Duplicate purchases — please contact us and we will resolve these promptly.

5. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory rights to a refund may exceed the terms described here.
