Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need both Associate and Professional architect certs?

For AWS and GCP, yes — the Associate gives you the foundation that makes the Professional achievable. Azure's path is similar (AZ-104 → AZ-305).

Can I skip the cloud foundations cert?

If you already work daily on the cloud, yes. The Cloud Practitioner/Fundamentals certs are most useful for people transitioning into cloud roles.
